A Prayer for Contentment

Lord lead me to contentment within you;
You are unchanging, foundational, and eternal.

Forgive me for seeking peace and rest elsewhere;
Nothing satisfies my soul aside from you.

In celebration and in grief, you are steady;
Teach me to reflect this, especially in my home.

Amen.
